The emphasis in Level 1 is on providing an overview of wine and wine tasting, plus an introduction to wine and food pairing concepts. Students learn technical wine tasting, the major wine grapes, and the elements of wine style.
If wine were architecture, Level 2 is designing and building the foundation for discoveries to follow. You'll get a good Tour de France, a solid overview of Italy, plus The Language of Wine.
