Burgers & Bordeaux: Fundamentals of Wine & Food Pairing | Boston Wine School @ Brookline Adult Ed
April 25 @ 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm$79.00
Sure, Bordeaux is famous — maybe a little too famous for its own good sometimes. We’re going to shed the snobbery and take it down a notch by sampling fancy French Cabernet and Merlot with a selection of fun beef, lamb, turkey sliders, and more.
Taste what Bordeaux grapes have made of themselves internationally with great examples of Camenere, Malbec, even Petit Verdot. Trust me: this is not your father’s Bordeaux!
And this class is hands on: you’ll be tasting and learning Bordeaux while cooking and eating together in a fun interactive environment. You’ll learn how to make a quick and easy Bordelaise sauce that’s going to change how you experience wine and burgers forever.
