Wine, Cheese and the Pursuit of Happiness | Boston Wine School @ Brookline Adult Ed
April 4 @ 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm$69.00
Wine and cheese are a naturally delicious combination. They’ve been together for 8,000 years that we know of, and our species has been busy figuring out ways to make both of them more and more delicious all the time. The automatic affinity between wine and cheese is natural, but truly magical pairings rely on our tastes and abilities to make matches that are much more than just the sum of the parts.
This class will taste six major wine and cheese combinations that together express the full range of how these foods pair up: by style, by texture, by flavor, geography, even temperament.
You’ll learn practical tips and strategies for pairing at home, you’ll discover new favorite wines and cheeses, and if we teach this right, your wine and cheese life will never be exactly the same again.
