I have read "The Fine Print" below and agree:
DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS
A non-refundable deposit of $750 per person is required at the time of booking and final payment is due in full no later than 45 days prior to the start of the trip (18 February 2022 for spring and 17 September 2022 for fall). Payments may be made by cash, check, or credit card.
Given the ongoing Covid 19 pandemic, we require all participants to be fully vaccinated and to purchase travel insurance for this trip. We are unable to offer refunds for cancellations within 45 days of the start of the trip. Travel insurance protects you if you need to cancel your trip for covered reasons prior to departure or if other covered, unforeseen circumstances arise during your trip. Policies apply to both domestic and international travel, cruises and airfare. Travel insurance can be purchased through our travel partners at Cleveland Circle Travel.
TWO IMPORTANT NOTES
You must purchase travel insurance within fourteen days of your initial deposit to waive the pre-existing condition exclusion. Medicare does not cover expenses incurred outside the U.S. If you have supplemental insurance those expenses may be covered by that company however, check directly with them.
