Wine Class Check List

SET UP

  1. Chill the whites and set the reds out on the counter
  2. Put tablecloths on the tables
  3. Set up napkin and fork (and knife if needed)
  4. Set up wine glass, water glass, and spit glass
  5. Fold and display menus
  6. Put out pens
  7. Fill up water pitchers for the tables and half fill each water glass
  8. Slice bread and put out in small bowl

FOOD

  1. Prepare one or two large plates of canapes, two or three canapes  per person
  2. Set up cheese plates
  3. Soft mild cheese at noon
  4. Hard sharp cheese at three o’clock
  5. Blue pungent cheese at six o’clock
  6. Olives at nine o’clock
  7. Put cheese plates out

CLEAN UP and CLOSE
